Welcome back, my dearest guests! Here is where we aim to provide our guests at NaiBnB , Regalia Residence. With all the information they need to have a comfortable and convenient stay with us. In this blog post, I will be focusing on the amenities available to our guests, including the top-floor restaurant, Fly Me To KL , and the incredible infinity pool.

I totally understand that it can be frustrating to navigate a new place, so we want to make it as easy as possible for our guests to find and access these amenities. I will show you the best and easiest route to get to the restaurant and pool, and introduce you to our express lane system for making reservations with no hassle.

In addition, Fly Me To KL have some exciting festive promotions and giveaways coming up, and I’ll be sharing all the juicy details with you in this blog post. So sit back, relax, and let us take care of everything while you enjoy your stay at NaiBnB, Regalia Residence.

There are two options for parking in the premises. You can park on the ground floor with touch-n-go card access, the first hour will be RM3.30 and every subsequent hour at RM1.65 without a maximum daily rate.

Alternatively, visitors can rent an RM20 whole-day parking card from the security at the 2nd-floor parking entrance. Be sure to avoid parking at the drop-off point in the lobby or in another residential’s parking lot, as both will result in your car being clamped and a fine of RM50.

2. Proceed straight ahead after the drop-off point, don’t forget to turn your head to the right for the stun ning view! Soon enough, you will see the Level 2 parking entrance on your LEFT.

3. Keep going to get to G floor parking. You will see it on your LEFT too!

To get to Fly Me To KL by train, you can take Putra KTMB train station or PWTC RapidKL train station. From there, it’s just a 5 to 7 minutes walk to the building, Regalia Residence. Alternatively, you can catch a Grab at Sunway Putra Mall connected train station, which will drop you off just a short walk away from the restaurant. Let me show explain to you better with visual aids!

2. When you have reached the mall, walk straight ahead along the LEFT lane. From here onwards, just keep going straight until you see a flight of stairs on your LEFT.

2. Walk straight until the next turn across the bridge.

3. Then, cross the road. You will see a flight of stairs and head down from the bridge.

4. Once getting down the bridge, You will see a big red sign saying “REGALIA”!

5. Walk straight to the building and you will see the G floor parking exit, enter the parking exit and head to block A, MADISON.

You will see a separate parking express lift on the corner right, that will take you all the way to the Lobby.

The moment the elevator opens its door, you will see another express lift right across. You can see it beside the Upper View Hotel entrance.

Here, there will be a staff standing by the parking express lift to assist you to get to the 37th floor. If you haven’t met anyone staff at that moment, feel free to call this number, +6011-2819 6275 and he will come to your rescue at the lobby!
